Bathroom Watford

Concept:

A simple project for one of our long-standing affiliates and clients. This project brief was a bathroom renovation that needed to be designed to aid an elderly member of the family as well as keep the look and feel modern enough for a new buyer should the client ever wish to sell the property.

Course of Action

Original ensuite comprised of a step-up shower tray (700mm x 700mm), a WC and sink with storage underneath. Measurements: 1.8m x 1.8m.

In order to achieve the objectives, we had to take some space from within the bedroom but without losing wardrobe space yet just enough to accommodate the 1600mm walk-in shower tray and a reconfiguration of the opening.

Completion

The finished product resulted in a clean, modern bathroom which was DDA compliant and assisted-living facilities; a satisfied and very happy client with.
